Here is a spectacular large cabinet specimen of Calcite crystals with iridescent pyrite microcline crystals coating the edges of the calcite crystals.

A recent discovery of 2006 yielded a few pockets that came on the mineral market a big splash. Very few had very little to no damage. This particular piece is over all in pristine condition with wonderful large snow white calcite crystals with lots of pyrite. Bright and very attractive, one of the nicer large specimens I have seen. These will be remembered as one of the great calcite finds from China as they disappear into collections.
